Industrial milling production line configuration and process

The Industrial milling production line is roughly divided into several important stages, such as crushing, grinding and collecting. Among them, the grinding powder is mainly composed of Raymond mill (main part), analysis machine, pipeline device, blower and jaw crusher. Bucket hoist, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, silo, power distribution cabinet and other equipment, the process is as follows:

  1. 1. Crushing: After the bulk ore material is initially crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is transported from the bottom up to the silo by the bucket elevator;
  2. 2. Milling: The scraps in the silo are uniformly and quantitatively fed into the Raymond mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The fine powder after grinding is taken away by the graded airflow and is reasonably graded by the analyzer.
  3. 3. Collection: After classification, the powders that meet the fineness are separated and collected by the collector to obtain the finished fine powder, and then enter the finished silo through the pipeline device, and the powdered tanker can be uniformly packaged.
