Always check the tightness of the belt, too loose belt will reduce the transmission efficiency and affect the grinding effect. If it is too tight, it will easily cause bearing heat, increase power consumption, and reduce the service life of the belt.

All kinds of transmission components must be fastened and reliable. Special tools should be used for disassembly or installation. It is forbidden to directly hit with tools such as a hammer.

Do not forget to check the pneumatic components. After the grinding mill is turned on, always check the pneumatic components in the gas path. Whether there is air leakage or damage at the gas path and connection, and check whether the air supply pressure meets the requirements. The use of the timing belt should also be checked frequently, if it is found to be too tight, too loose, beating, deviation, and severe wear. It should be adjusted, repaired or replaced in time. The oil quantity of the oil mister in the gas source triplet should be checked regularly. The spindle oil must be added to avoid blockage of the pipe holes.

In time to check the oil circuit, the oil pump oil of the mill is selected from No. 20 to No. 40 mechanical oil or other hydraulic oil of the same viscosity according to the temperature. The oil circuit is inspected once every six months to remove impurities in the oil circuit.

Regularly change the grinding roller in an orderly manner, the grinding roller cannot be replaced too much at one time. At the same time, the diameter of the grinding rolls cannot be excessively different. The angle, inclination and number of teeth of the toothed roller should be consistent with the specifications, and a certain top surface should be left. The taper of each section of the light roller should be accurate and meet the specified requirements, and the surface roughness should be uniform. After replacing the grinding roller, it should be checked with the feeler gauge according to the requirements of each system mill, and the rolling distance should be coarsely adjusted.
